I have suggestions for two features for the “Export delimited file” functionality.
“Filtered dataset” selected by default when selection is active
When a selection is active in any field, the “Export delimited file” dialog should automatically activate the “Filtered dataset (n rows)” setting:
Please add this functionality.
Export options should be stored
CSV format settings are different between Microsoft Excel installations depending on the language setting of the systems. For me, Separator = 'Semicolon' and Decimal = 'Comma' are the settings of choice. Unfortunately, those settings are apparently only stored by QVD file. I.e. if I set those settings as desired for TheFirst.qvd and I close and re-open that file, the settings are in place. They are however not selected when opening TheSecond.qvd. Please add a functionality that those settings can be set globally.
I'm currently using CSViewer v2.6.0.4.
