Credentials to use sharepoint connector on server

Hi DMistry,

I am glad that we have a new version that allows sharepoint connector to work on the server. Can you suggest what is the best way to work here. What credentials do we need to use configure the connector on the server. Windows credential option does not work. Manually entering the windows credentials does work. However, that will change periodically.

What are our options here?

Are you trying to connect to SharePoint Online or on-premises SharePoint Server?

Hi Shruti,

Unfortunately “Use Windows credentials” option is not supported with SharePoint Online at all, not only on the EM Server.

So you’ll have to use credentials which can be used to directly login to RioTinto’s SharePoint Online account.
