I don't think the issue is related to repo.sqlite, as your screenshot indicates you're using a remote server repository. In this scenario, EasyMorph Server acts as a mediator and manages access to repositories more effectively than just SQLite.
I suspect the problem might be that you're not connected as the user you think you are. Please check the Server Link dialog to ensure that the user you're signed in as matches your expectations.
For instance, if it only says "connect to Server," then you're connected as an anonymous user and likely operating under the Anonymous role. Similarly, if the Space you're connecting to has "legacy" access turned on, it will override the user session, and you may have access associated with the legacy role.
