Change TaskProperties (disabled Tasks)

Hi,
it should be possible to edit the properties of an inactive task. Actually, only the Play-Button should be inactive, but the rest should be editable.

At the moment, you either have to turn off the sheduling or quickly enable - change properties - disable before the task starts again. This is difficult for tasks that run every minute

it's still not available in 5.8.2, right?

another point:

enable/diable is only available at contextmenu (realy neer to delete)

i think it would be better to have also the good old checkbutton again
