Cannot delete Hub Connector

Hi All -

I have a hub connector that had an extra space in the name in the dev space so I tried to rename it so it matched the one in the Prod space and I also tried to remove it and I received this error:

Error: Deleting data connector failed. Resynchronization required

Not sure what I should do as I tried reconnecting to hub. I went on hub but there is nothing there.

Could you please let us know which Desktop and Hub versions you’re using, and whether the connector repository is local or server-based?

ah - I think that might be the issue. I updated the developer to the latest version just two days ago and the Hub is still on 6. I will try from another developer

That was the issue. I used version 6 developer to remove it - thanks for your help.

EasyMorph Hub (Server) always supports earlier versions of Desktop, but it doesn't work the other way around - newer Desktops may not work with older Hubs (Servers). Therefore, when updating EasyMorph, always update the Hub first.
