Am I missing a setting to let the board use the entire window width? I understood from the post in the announcement of the new server UI that his is intended.
All embedded content would benefit from the currently unused white space (red rectangle):

This is by design. Boards have a fixed width to ensure that identical look for all users on all screen sizes.
Also, we might eventually add commenting/annotations to boards - it will take the empty space to the right from board.

I suggest that you add an option for the customer to decide what the fixed width should be, as we have a different standard resolution in our company. Another add-on option would the automatic alignment with window width.
