This session will include real-world experience from Adam Beltz, a seasoned data and technology leader with nearly two decades of experience across several different industries, including retail, manufacturing, and consumer goods.
Featured Speaker: Adam Beltz
Adam Beltz is a Senior Director of Data Management and Solutions Architecture with nearly 20 years of experience. His experience is mostly in leading data, analytics, and technology initiatives. He currently serves at Herff Jones, where he partners with business and IT teams to shape and execute an enterprise data strategy focused on improving data quality, consistency, and delivering actionable insights that drive profitable growth and allow for informed decision making.
Throughout his career, Adam has held progressive leadership roles spanning data governance, business intelligence, systems architecture, and IT business relationship management. He has led large-scale data warehouse implementations, enterprise analytics programs, and integration strategies while aligning technology investments to measurable business outcomes. Prior to his current role, he held senior positions at Matilda Jane Clothing, Shindigz, and The J.M. Smucker Company.
Adam brings a real-world and strategic perspective on how you can use EasyMorph to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence across data teams.
