In my current setup, I have created spaces as per the different business teams and have kept a password for each space. Is there a way for me to monitor who has access to these spaces through server?

If authorization is done via a shared password, then it's not possible to identify who has access to the Server. It's only possible when you use Active Directory for user authentication in spaces.
