What is "The system folder" referred to in the Server documentation

In the EasyMorph Server Administrator Guide on page 34, under the heading The "EasyMorph Server" group, it says:

"By default, the system folder, the log folder, and the Public folder of the Default space also allow full access to the group 'EasyMorph Server'."

In our setup I found that the EasyMorph Server group was under the security permissions of the log folder in its default location. I will add it to the Public Folders folder (that is a terrible folder name, btw), but I don't know what is meant by "the system folder". Can you please clarify? Thanks for your help.

The system folder is configured in the Server Monitor (the Server configuration utility). It contains internal Server files required for Server operation - Server configuration, settings, etc. Note that the system folder doesn't contain user workflows or data – they are located in the public folder specified in the space settings.
