Spaces missing after Server-Update

Hello,

after updating EM Server to 1.31 using “use existing configuration” all spaces were gone.
We had to configure them again, all sceduled tasks too.

Can you please check the installation routine or give us a hint how to avoid it.

Can you please provide additional details on the issue?

  1. What EM Server version where you updating from?
  2. What path was specified as System folder in EM Server settings before the update?
  3. Was that folder located on a local drive or on a network drive?
  4. What path was specified as System folder after the update?

Can you also please archive logs folder of EM Server and send it to support@easymorph.com.
By default it’s located at C:\ProgramData\EasyMorph Server\Logs.
