Project level configurations

We think it would be useful to add the ability to define some project level configurations that would carry through all underlying call modules and projects. Some thoughts about what would be useful:

  1. Date formats to carry throughout the project
  2. Server link and space used so the project automatically tries to use those spaces when loaded on another user’s machine

I am sure others might have some suggestions to add in as well.
