Generating filenames based on repetition

Hi all,

I am working on a project where I want to generate a filename based on the "Supplier" column in my input file. In the EasyMorph project, you will find the table "Correct Output Filename," which shows the desired format for the filename. The suppliers are repeated every 5 entries.

Could you help create a column from the input file with the desired filenames?
