Export to Excel: columns auto fit

Hi all,

maybe dummy question, sorry: just started to experiment with easymorph.

I did a SQL Server query, some columns transformations, Excel Export with dynamic file name, attach and send mail to Exchange SMTP server. All perfect in a few clicks.

The only problem so far is that Excel columns are all the same size.

Is there a way to change Excel columns size (fixed or by formula or whatever) or, better, make them automatically fit when generating the file?

Hi Eros, and welcome to the Community!

You can change the column width in the datagrid. When exported to Excel, the column widths will be (more or less) preserved.
