EasyMorph in a VM (Virtual Machine). Any issues to expect?

I need to install EM in a Windows VM located on the company server with access to shared drives.
Could this be a problem ?

so far no any known issues for running EM inside a virtual machine.

I though so (as my EM is running on a VM on my Mac and as many client use EM with access to distant Hard-Drive…)
