I need to download Desktop version 4.2.1.0 (to author a package for Server 4.2.1.0), but the 4.2.1 version on the download page is actually 4.2.1.9. Where can I get Desktop version 4.2.1.0?

Minor builds (4.2.1.x) are compatible with each other and we publish only the latest build as it contains cumulative bugfixes that may not be available in earlier builds.
