Concatenate in aggregate action

Greetings,

In the new version 5.4, I get a message saying to use concatenate action instead of aggregation.

Please don’t deprecate the ‘concatenate’ option in the aggregate action.

I have a lot of projects using concatenate and count distinct or min/max (len text field) in the same transformation.
Migration would oblige me to split the tables, make aggregations in parallel then join the results.
In dozens of text analytics projects, I use this transformation around 60 times.

You’re absolutely correct. Removing the “Concatenate” mode from “Aggregate” will make things harder, not easier.

The warning will be removed. The “Concatenate” mode will remain in the “Aggregate” action.
