Change date format

It is very simple one please help me out.
here is format

2020-01-30 06 -> text
yyyy-MM-dd hh -> date and time

Can I transform this from text to date and time format?

Try the convert data type action, select date and enter the format string.

but, this isn’t work

‘Convert data type’
Convert : Text to Date
Format : yyyy-MM-dd HH

and I push the detect button,
it says Couldn’t detect format in column.

You should post a small example demonstrating the problem so that others can easily find the problem.

You can enter the date format manually. Notice that hh corresponds to 12-hour time, while HH to 24-hour time.
