Change column format from horitzontal to vertical

Hi,
Good Morning,

I have a file containing about 42 columns but they’re all horizontal.

I want these to be in a vertical format.

Like so,

Date - 30/09/2021
USD - value
JPY - value

etc

Is there any way to do this in EM? or should I be using an external program to get this done?
